Looking for a Bubble-type Wheel Balancer, to use on my trailer wheels... These have a 2-1/2" dia opening in the center of the hub.

Ken there is a perfect example why I never buy on Ebay or Amazon. How can they possibly expect someone to pay over a hundred bucks for shipping when others show $18 .
I have never been able to figure out the clamour over all this Amazon crap of "offers", "new",  "used", "only? "(1, 3, 10) left bullshit, a dozen different shipping fees and then if
you don't like or it's a piece of junk,  you have to return it to them the way it came sometimes at your expense.  Screw that, I'll drive to a store.
